As the General Manager of Professional Sales, Keith Reynolds leads the teams responsible for enrolling business customers, delivering seamless and high-quality onboarding experiences and providing sales support across both managed and unmanaged accounts. In this role, he advocates for his teams’ needs, whether that’s pushing for better tools, stronger strategies or solutions to roadblocks.
