Bonnie oversees global supply chain communications, which includes sending important updates to our frontline team members and helping site leaders introduce new environmental programs across the network.

Meet Bekah Keator, a Massachusetts native and senior campus recruiter supporting Wayfair’s tech organization. In her role, Bekah helps bring in the next generation of Wayfair talent, hiring interns, co-ops and early-career employees across software engineering, cybersecurity and operations analytics. Serving as a key touchpoint along the way, she guides students throughout the entire hiring process, from reviewing their résumés all the way to welcoming them to their new teams.

Coming to you from wherever he may be at the moment, meet Louis Bonilla, who recently celebrated his ninth anniversary at Wayfair! As a senior IT builds engineer, Louis helps bring the technology behind Wayfair’s physical spaces to life. From offices and warehouses to retail stores, Louis makes sure new spaces have the technology they need to open their doors—including Wayfair’s first large-format store in Wilmette, IL.

Will helps teams better understand store performance by connecting data across various platforms to create scalable reporting, streamline workflows and improve operational visibility.

Based in Bryan, TX, Ashley Dooley is a Sales Agent with Wayfair Professional, Wayfair’s B2B team. She helps customers bring their spaces to life by building lasting relationships, sourcing the right products and providing expert guidance throughout every stage of a project.

Based in Naples, FL, Denis Liendo is a Design Consultant at Birch Lane, one of Wayfair's specialty retail brands. Passionate about creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, he works closely with customers to curate furnishings, provide styling guidance and deliver a personalized shopping experience.
