Based in Bengaluru, India, Anu Shringi is a Software Engineer II on Wayfair’s Catalog Management team, where she builds systems that help keep merchandising operations running smoothly. Geraldine Maloney, Operations Services Specialist II, plays a critical role on the EU Carrier Support team, helping keep shipments on track across a complex network. She manages carrier exceptions, resolves issues like transit damages and incomplete shipments and works closely with crossdock facilities to ensure smooth customs clearance between Poland, the UK and Ireland.
