One of my highlights was going on coffee chats, which was a great way to meet new people and learn about different areas of the business. This experience deepened my understanding of the complexities of running a successful company. "I conducted market analysis and utilized data analytics to identify trends and opportunities, providing suppliers and team leads with actionable insights that guided category strategy and product performance. A big project I was tasked with was creating an assortment guide based on multiple factors, such as price, class, and more, to enhance product offerings. One of the program's highlights was the networking opportunities, such as participating in team pod outings and coffee chats, which offered opportunities to gain valuable insights and connect with my colleagues. I strengthened my foundation of business knowledge and learned the most effective tactics that successful e-commerce companies use."

"My co-op at Wayfair was an incredible adventure! As part of the Personalization Pod under the SMART Analytics team, I dove into exciting projects like A/B testing for email and homepage recommendations. The autonomy to lead high-impact projects from day one was both thrilling and empowering. The support from my teammates and manager, coupled with top-notch mentorship, made every day a learning experience. One of my favorite moments was the picnic at the Boston Public Garden organized for all the co-ops, highlighting the fun and engaging culture at Wayfair.
