What project or accomplishment are you most proud of during your time at Wayfair?
I’m most proud of the moments when our sellers hit their quarterly quota. Seeing someone put in the work, stay focused through the ups and downs of the quarter and ultimately reach their goal never gets old.
I’m especially proud when I see the team enjoying the rewards of their effort. One moment that really stuck with me was seeing a team member win a sales contest. It was a great reminder that the results we drive aren’t just numbers on a page — they translate into real wins for our people.
What’s something about your team’s work that you wished more people knew about?
I wish more people knew just how dedicated this team is. They leave no stone unturned when it comes to finding opportunities and solving problems, and they show up every day with real grit and determination. It’s the hardest-working team I’ve ever had the privilege to lead, and their commitment clearly shows in the results they deliver.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve received, and how has it impacted you?
The best piece of career advice I’ve received is that we can plan for tomorrow without living there. That idea helped me stay focused on excelling in my current role rather than getting distracted by what’s next.
It’s shaped how I approach my career and leadership — I put my energy into driving results, developing my team and continuously improving how we operate today, while still being thoughtful about the future. That balance has helped opportunities come organically and kept me grounded in making a real impact.
What do you enjoy most about working at Wayfair?
What I enjoy most about working at Wayfair is the days when I get to help someone on my team accomplish a goal or unlock the next stage of their growth. With several hundred team members, those moments add up and are incredibly rewarding.
I’m a coach at heart, and Wayfair allows me to focus on developing people, supporting their progress and seeing individuals grow into stronger performers and leaders. Those wins are what make the work meaningful for me.
Who is someone who inspires you every day?
My wife inspires me every day. She’s overcome a broken neck and still deals with ongoing pain, yet she never complains. Instead, she continues to push forward and stays incredibly active. Her resilience, strength and positive mindset are a constant reminder of what determination really looks like and they motivate me daily.
What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased?
My favorite purchase has been the Barclay Butera
Park City Bed from Perigold!
