Our 10-week summer internship program is designed to give you a feel of what it would be like to work at Wayfair as a full-time employee. You’ll be assigned real projects, work with your team, and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. Rising juniors and seniors eligible.
Our six-month (flexible start dates) co-op program is designed to give you real work experience, aligning you to strategic projects. Sophomores to master’s students eligible, but not accepting MBA candidates.
As a full-time employee, you’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and develop solutions to company-wide initiatives. We are looking for analysts and associates who are passionate about technology and e-commerce. Rolling start dates available (majority in summer).

However, at Wayfair, we chose to go another route, largely eschewing the third-party vendor model to develop our own first-party event tracking platform. It’s called Scribe.

When I first started learning about web development, I discovered an instant infatuation with design. I would scroll endlessly through Dribble, thinking that everything on there felt perfect and was in an untouchable realm of its own – one I didn’t feel worthy of entering. I think that’s in part why I was drawn to web development – I wanted to be in the presence of designers and get to touch those (seemingly) infallible creations they produced. My curiosity for both development and design eventually led me down a path of learning and self-discovery, a path which brought me to my current role as a creative technologist.
