Find Your Next Opportunity
Our Early Leaders program is an opportunity for second-year students from underrepresented backgrounds to join us for a week-long, immersive experience. You’ll gain exposure to core functional areas of our business, while honing your communication, analytical and leadership skills.
Our six-month, full time co-op program is designed to give you real world experience, aligning you to strategic projects. Start dates are available in January and July each year. Undergraduate, graduate and PhD students are eligible.
Our 10-week summer internship program is designed to give you a feel of what it would be like to work at Wayfair as a full-time employee. You’ll be assigned real projects, work with your team, and contribute directly to your team’s goals and objectives. Rising juniors and seniors eligible.
As a full-time employee, you’ll be challenged to solve complex problems and develop solutions to company-wide initiatives. We are looking for analysts and associates who are passionate about technology and e-commerce. Rolling start dates available (majority in summer).

No matter what role or tenure, interviews consist of behavioral questions and scenario-based questions. Behavioral questions are specifically designed questions inspired by the core competencies against which all Wayfair employees are assessed: team building & culture, innovation & results, critical thinking, and communication & persuasion. Scenario-based questions are questions used to assess how candidates might operate in a real-world setting.
