Shital Mehta is a Principal Engineer in Wayfair Customer Technology group. Customer technology is responsible for the Customer Shopping journey on Wayfair website and Apps. Shital’s primary focus is Customer Data, Authentication and Cart & Checkout journeys. He is also leading the tech modernization and data decoupling initiatives for the storefront. Shital’s new found passion is kicking tyres of various GenAI tools and using them to increase developer productivity.
