In 2024, Wayfair:
- Opened its first physical retail store in Wilmette, Illinois, and invested $150,000 in local community initiatives through its partnership with Connections for the Homeless.
- Continued its long-standing partnership with Habitat for Humanity, contributing over $11 million since 2012 to help expand access to safe, decent, and affordable housing.
- Grew its Shop Sustainably program to include over 46,000 products meeting one or more of 50+ third-party certifications.
- Advanced toward its Zero Waste by 2030 goal, increasing its global waste diversion rate by 8 percent and growing its outlet network to five stores.
- Enhanced employee support, introducing expanded adoption benefits, a new backup care program and global access to financial counseling resources.
