Wayfair is proud to share its 2025 Corporate Responsibility Report, “Building What's Next for Home.” As Wayfair continues to evolve its business and expand its physical retail footprint, the report showcases how the company is investing in the communities it serves, strengthening opportunities for employees and advancing innovative solutions that support a more sustainable future.
In 2025, Wayfair:
- Continued its decade-plus partnership with Habitat for Humanity, contributing more than $11 million through financial and in-kind donations since 2012, supporting disaster relief efforts and nine home builds across North America.
- Expanded community impact programs through the Wayfair Neighborhood Fund, supporting organizations focused on housing stability and family support. This included a $100,000 donation to Connections for the Homeless in the Chicago area near its flagship store.
- Enhanced employee well-being by expanding family healthcare navigation services, increasing adoption and surrogacy reimbursements, offering a medical weight management program and updating benefits access for frontline employees.
- Advanced progress toward its Zero Waste by 2030 goal, increasing global waste diversion to 60 percent through expanding recycling programs.
- Launched a new plastic waste recycling program that diverted 150 metric tons of hard-to-recycle materials from landfills, creating a dedicated process for materials collected through fulfillment and Full Service Delivery operations.
- Made meaningful progress on its climate commitments, reducing Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 25 percent compared to its 2020 baseline through initiatives including renewable energy investments, onsite solar projects and energy efficiency improvements.
By investing in people, communities and the planet, Wayfair is building what's next for home and advancing a future where business growth and positive impact go hand in hand.
