Meet Abby Barton. During her day-to-day at Wayfair, she works as a Manager on our Promotions Team. Outside of work, you’ll find her on the golf course, playing a game she loves and working hard to prove people wrong.

“Being a woman in a male-dominated sport has definitely taught me a lot about self-advocacy and perseverance. It’s really been a catalyst for me to work hard and prove people wrong.”
