(NYSE: W) (the "Company," "we" or "Wayfair") today announced that its subsidiary, Wayfair LLC (the "Issuer"), intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, $400 million in aggregate principal amount of senior secured notes due 2034 (the "Notes") in a private offering.
