What project or accomplishment are you most proud of during your time at Wayfair?
I approach each customer interaction as a unique project. By listening closely and identifying each customer’s needs, I help them feel confident in their purchasing decisions.
What’s something about your team’s work that you wished more people knew about?
We champion one another’s success by celebrating every win, big or small. Clear communication, collaboration and regular check-ins help us share a laugh, recognize hard work and stay motivated. We’re a reliable source of support for one another.
What do you enjoy most about working at Wayfair?
What I love most about Wayfair is building strong, cross-functional relationships with talented colleagues. I’m fortunate to work in a culture that values collaboration and shared success. Each day brings new opportunities to solve problems, support customers and learn. The team’s energy and support make the fast-paced work rewarding.
What are you doing when you aren’t working?
Based in Horseheads, New York, I love spending time with family and friends and exploring the Finger Lakes, especially its wine trails, waterfalls and fall foliage. At home, I enjoy crafting and making new recipes and desserts for the people I love. I’m motivated by experiences that broaden my perspective and make a meaningful impact, and I’ve always had a strong desire to help others succeed.
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
Growing up in Colorado in the 1980s meant experiencing an incredible live music scene. I was fortunate to see music history unfold, standing in the crowd for U2’s iconic 1983 performance at Red Rocks and Def Leppard’s 1988 “In the Round” show. Hearing those songs today takes me back to the energy of those nights.
What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased?
Of the many products I’ve purchased, my favorite is this four-drawer dresser. I love its colors, and it’s just the right size for the space.
