What’s your key to maintaining trusted relationships with Wayfair’s suppliers?
Building scalable and sustainable relationships hinges on transparency, mutual benefit and trust. From my perspective, this means consistently being present and accessible. Suppliers seek partners who are invested and think long-term.

I believe we are all "salespeople" in a sense, and a supplier ultimately needs the support of a trusted adviser.
This often means prioritizing what's best for the relationship, rather than solely focusing on personal or company gain. It's also crucial to acknowledge mistakes, take responsibility and learn from them.
What do you find most rewarding about your role in managing international supply chains at Wayfair?
I thrive in dynamic and ever-changing markets, where I enjoy the pressure of making data-driven decisions while anticipating future trends.
I also highly value collaborating with my colleagues —hearing their ideas and getting their input. I consider them the best and brightest I have ever worked with. Their innovative spirit and willingness to challenge the norm are truly inspiring and it’s a privilege to learn from them every day.
How has your past experience helped you succeed at Wayfair?

I’ve learned that past successes don’t guarantee future outcomes. I’ve always worked in dynamic environments that require multitasking and building meaningful relationships.
I’m not afraid of failure, as long as it comes with accountability and a mindset of learning from it.
Who is someone who inspires you every day?
My mother, who recently passed away. As we navigate life's journey, I believe two fundamental questions often resonate within us: "Did I do good?" and "Did I have an impact?" Mom will forever be remembered as doing great things and having an impact on so many. That is her legacy and my ongoing inspiration.
What are you doing when you aren’t working?

I don’t sit still for long — I’m constantly active. I love tennis, golf and pickleball, all of which I am very passionate about. On the rare occasion when I am sitting still though, I enjoy reading a good book.
What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased?
Wow, there have been so many! We absolutely love the
Ashlynd chairs we purchased. They are well made, comfortable and are wide and deep enough to snuggle up with a loved one or our two dogs, Milo and Oswald.
