What project or accomplishment are you most proud of during your time at Wayfair?
One of the most rewarding projects I’ve worked on was teaming up with the Perigold leadership team to create strong training programs and deliver a great onboarding experience for new employees.
This collaboration played a key role in preparing our teams for success and directly contributed to the successful launch of Perigold’s first retail store in Houston, TX.
Being part of this milestone and bridging training excellence with a major brand expansion, was both professionally rewarding and personally meaningful.
What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve received, and how has it impacted you?
“Focus on your own actions, not those of others.” This advice has been a guiding principle in my career.
It’s helped me stay grounded, concentrate on what I can control and channel my energy into meaningful contributions.
By focusing on my own growth and goals, I’ve been able to achieve more and maintain a healthier, more positive mindset free from unnecessary comparisons.
What is your approach to teamwork and effective communication?
I prioritize clarity, conciseness and respect for everyone’s time in all my interactions. Whether I am working with learners, trainers or stakeholders, I focus on what truly matters by delivering impactful outcomes.
My approach centers on identifying priorities, streamlining communication and fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels supported and informed. This ensures that our collective efforts lead to meaningful results and continuous improvement.
What are you doing when you aren’t working?
When I’m not working, I’m either training for a marathon, traveling or planning my next adventure. Staying active and exploring new places keeps me energized and inspired, both personally and professionally.
What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I have lived in seven cities across two different countries, which has given me a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, adaptability and the value of global perspectives. I try to bring these qualities into every training session and collaboration.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up, I dreamed of owning a bridal boutique. The idea of helping people celebrate love and create unforgettable moments through beautiful gowns has always inspired me. It reflects my passion for creativity, connection and making others feel special – values I carry into my professional life as well.
What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased?
One of my favorite purchases from Wayfair is the
Chenille Leopard Duvet Cover Set.
I absolutely love the leopard print – it's stylish without being overwhelming. The combination of textures and neutral tones adds a touch of glam while perfectly complementing my bedroom decor.
