What do you enjoy most about working at Wayfair?
I love being surrounded by creativity and design every day. It’s incredibly rewarding to help customers bring their visions to life and discover pieces that can transform a space. I also really enjoy the teamwork and collaborative environment at Wayfair.
How does your team stay energized during the busy seasons?
I love that my team supports each other and keeps a positive attitude during busy times. Communication and teamwork make a huge difference and we always try to keep the environment fun and motivating. Celebrating small wins along the way also helps to keep the team going.
What aspect of Wayfair’s culture has shaped your growth?
The supportive and collaborative culture at Wayfair has helped me grow the most. It has encouraged me to become more confident both creatively and professionally. I have learned a lot from working closely with both my clients and team.
What are you doing when you aren’t working?
When I’m not working, I’m usually shopping, trying new restaurants or going out with friends.
I also love keeping up with new design and lifestyle trends for inspiration. Creativity is a really meaningful part of my life.
What did you want to be when you grew up?
Growing up, I always knew I wanted to do something design related. I used to collect home magazines and constantly move furniture around in my room to create new layouts.
That passion naturally led me to interior design.
What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased?
One of my favorite pieces is the RE/FINE
Sabine Metal Oval Wall Mirror.
I love a lot of items from Wayfair, but this mirror is the product I use in almost every project because it complements so many different styles and spaces. It’s timeless, elegant and adds the perfect finishing touch to a room.
