What’s one fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I am currently on a personal mission to see every painting in Claude Monet’s Water Lilies painting series that is on public display around the world. It has been a fun way to combine my love of art with travel.

For anyone based in the Boston office, there is actually one at the Museum of Fine Arts (though it is currently out on loan).

What are you doing when you aren’t working?

On Saturdays you will find me and my husband at our favorite café where I will be eating the same thing I get every weekend, corned beef hash and a pistachio chai latte – even though I always say I am going to try something new.
On the other days I am spending time with those I love, reading, visiting a local antique shop or planning our next holiday.

What project or accomplishment are you most proud of during your time at Wayfair?
I’m most proud of the teams I’ve built and the people I’ve had the privilege of building them with. I’ve been fortunate to lead the creation of teams from the ground up, such as Dangerous Goods and Regulatory as well as Contract Compliance for CastleGate Forwarding. I’m grateful to continue growing with new teams today.

Each team has taught me invaluable lessons, both professionally and personally. Their contributions, trust and collaboration have made the work not only more successful but far more meaningful.

What’s the best piece of career advice you’ve received, and how has it impacted you?
The career advice I use the most, and what I consider the best, is the reminder that perception is reality. It’s a valuable truth that reminds me it’s not just about what I do, but also how others perceive what I do.

We work in such a collaborative environment that it’s essential to communicate our ideas in ways others can understand and digest. This mindset has helped me grow meaningfully in both communication and leadership.

Where do you call home and what does “home” mean to you?

I live in the beautiful state of Maine, where I moved back to in 2018 to take a role with CastleGate Forwarding at the Brunswick, ME office.

To me, home is a foundation. It’s where love and friendships provide steady support. It’s the place where routines are built, habits are shaped and long-term goals take root. Home is where the groundwork is laid, whether it’s for personal growth or professional plans. It’s the launchpad for everything I want to do beyond its walls.

What’s your favorite Wayfair product that you’ve purchased)?
There are many Wayfair products I have loved but the one we use the most is the Ninja Coffee Maker. The fold-away frother is perfect for keeping clutter to a minimum!
