Supplier Diversity @ Wayfair is an initiative focused on growing Wayfair's supplier community from traditionally underrepresented groups. Through our Celebrate Black Makers initiative, we are currently focused on collaborating with Black-owned and -designed suppliers and we're currently working with existing diverse-owned suppliers to ensure we are able to enhance our current offering before we scale to support other groups in the future.
